About TAPSTAPS Family Services began as a parent support group
in Oceanside, California in 1994 by Tony and Maryann Pallotto and became
a public benefit 501-C-3 non-profit corporation in August 1996. TAPS
began out of extreme hardship. Tony and Maryann are parents of three
sons, two of whom were addicted to drugs and alcohol. It was through
these hardships that Tony and Maryann dedicated their lives to this
work. At TAPS, we know the pain of dealing with troubled and out of
control teens and we stand ready to serve all families in need.

Many parents of troubled teens don't know where to turn for help,
or lack the skills to deal with these issues.
The destruction of the family is widespread and the effects can last a lifetime...
Since 1995, TAPS has helped over fifteen thousand families deal with teen and adolescent issues. Using a combination of behavior modification programs, therapy and counseling, we work with the whole family to bring unity and shared direction. Working with youth programs around the world, we have seen thousands of troubled teens and their families find healing and peace.
TAPS is the only Public Benefit 501.c.3 California non-profit corporation in the United States providing the services listed.
